Foundations created



Local building officer gives the thumbs up in the morning along with Tim, Structural Engineer and in the afternoon the conrete lorry arrives with an amazing automated conveyor belt to effectively place the concrete into the footings.

Footings dug out




The house position is then mapped out onto the land with spray paint. Digger driver Ron and Ivor carefully dig out the Kidney shape footings.

Top soil moved to one side


Build Kicks Off



Digger driver Ron (8 ton JCB) removes all top soil and stacks it at the bottom of the garden.
